Voici la convocation officielle pour l’assemblée générale du 3 octobre 2020.
Cette AG est particulièrement importante car tous les 4 ans, elle est élective : tous les membres du comité directeur sont automatiquement démissionnaires et chaque personne voulant intégrer le comité directeur devra présenter sa candidature impérativement avant le 19 septembre 2020 (simple courrier de candidature à adresser à la Présidente et à envoyer à 7 avenue de la forêt d’Halatte 60100 Creil).
La présence à cette AG de chaque adhérent (en 1er ou 2nd club) est très importante pour participer notamment à cette élection.
Les nouveaux membres du comité directeur éliront en leur sein le ou la Président(e).
Si vous ne pouvez pas participer à l’AG, merci de compléter un pouvoir et de l’envoyer par mail (president@astircreil.com) ou courrier au club.
